Examination Certificates 2010/2011 – Current Students

Certificates for examinations taken in 2010/2011 will be distributed by your Form Tutor week commencing Monday 12^th December. You will be asked to check that all your certificates are correct and sign for them.

Once you have your certificates, please keep them in a safe place. Higher Education establishments and prospective employers will expect you to produce certificates before offering you a place/employment. If certificates are lost, examination boards will not replace them. They will however provide a Statement of results, which can be used in place of certificates, but requesting this is costly and time consuming.

 

Examination Certificates 2010/2011 - Leavers

Certificates for examinations taken in 2010/2011 will be available for collection from Reception on Monday 12th December from 10.00a.m. onwards.

You must bring with you some form of photo I.D. – Passport, Drivers Licence or University card, or your old Gateway College card if you still have it. If you wish for a parent or representative to collect on your behalf, they must bring a letter of authorisation signed by yourself, together with their own photo I.D.

If you are not able to collect on that day, you can visit the College during office hours (9.00a.m. –  4.30p.m.)  Monday – Friday. Please note that we close for Christmas holidays on Thursday 22nd December and re-open on Wednesday 4^th January 2012. The final date for collecting certificates is Tuesday 31^st  January  2011.
