Entry Requirements

 

Level 3

You will usually need to have achieved 5 or more GCSE grades 9 – 4 including English Language and Maths. Some courses may have additional entry requirements.

Progression to: University, Higher/Degree Apprenticeships, Employment

 

Full Level 2: Vocational Programme

GCSEs at grade 3 or 2, or Pass in a Level 1 Vocational Programme, including English Language and Maths (grade D/ 3) or Functional Skills

Progression to: Level 3, Apprenticeship or Employment

 

Level 1 / Entry Awards and Certificates (Foundation Learning)

GCSEs at grade 2 and 1, including English Language and Maths or Functional Skills or Entry Level success.

Progression to: Level 2

 

Entry Level 2 (Foundation Learning)

GCSEs at grade 1 or other qualifications or assessment.

Progression to: Level 1

Programmes of Study

Post A Level/ Level 3

One year – to be studied after completing a Level 3 qualification
